This is an excellent knife sharpener. Every little detail about it is perfect. From the ergonomic handle that fits perfectly in your hand, to non-slip base, to clearly labeled slots for "coarse" and "fine" sharpening. All one need to remember - most of the time all you need is a few pulls through the "fine" setting. Only super dull knives need to be run through the "coarse" one, and only a couple of times. This is the most convenient, easy to use knife sharpener I've ever owned! My husband, who has an electric professional sharpener, tested this one and gave it 5 stars. Excellent value!

This is a great supplement to have on hand because you never know when you're going to need it. I bring it with me whenever I go out for my kids and husband who tend to have even less self-control when eating out, especially at the all you can eat type places. If I know in advance that the meal they will have is going to contain lots of carbs and fat, and/or protein, I always sneak this little pill in them before they eat. There is only 1 drawback - they get a false sense of security when taking this supplement because they don't experience the usual negative side-effects of heavy foods and really step it up with the garlic bread, pizza, nachos, and wings next time they go out. This supplement contains a wide range of beneficial enzymes, plus bromelian and papaiyan - those are very beneficial on so many different levels. For some people the extra enzymes can add access bloating, however, in my experience if you balance it with a good probiotic to create a healthy environment in your gut, the bloating will go away within days and they enzymes will be doing their job nicely. This Thanksgiving, my husband tried the stuffing I made, and said, "Hon, give me that 'stuff yourself all you want' pill to take before I start". That was the biggest compliment he could've given me about the food, because he knew he was going to overeat because it tasted too good to limit yourself. A friend of mine was complaining about stomach issues, and I bought a second bottle to give him to try. He told me that after a few days of taking it his acid reflux seemed to be much less. And I have figured out a few of my own while using them. The company recommends oiling them before using so that the food comes off easier. It does help with the food not sticking, but it will prevent the other trick from working. The one where they suggest dipping the ring into the mixture before putting it on the pan so that it prevents leaking. So my personal preference was to pick a method - if I were to hold the ring down after pouring the egg or mixture into it, then I would oil it before hand and won't need to dip it into the mixture. But if I don't have time to hold it down, I would sacrifice the ease of food removal, and dip it into the mixture unoiled, so that it would coat the ring, and then put it on the hot pan so it forms the instant seal and then I would pour the egg or the mixture into the ring.

I have been using fresh lemons in my everyday life for years. I am a strong believer in lemons' beneficial properties. I have used a different brand of Lemon essential oil before, and was intrigued by this one because it is 5x extra strength. I have tested the smell and didn't find it to be chemical. I asked my husband to give me his opinion and he did say at first that it smelled like pledge. Then I took out a fresh lemon out of the refrigerator and squeezed the skin just enough to break the oil cells and release the oil. I rubbed it on my fingers on my one hand, and poured some from the bottle on the other hand. I asked him to smell each hand and tell me which one he thought was the natural one. He couldn't tell the difference. I always try to use the natural stuff from fresh lemons when it comes to consumption, but for all the other uses the cold pressed essential oil will be just fine - especially at this great value price!
