If you are new to taking probiotics, it is my personal experience that it's best to start with a lesser potency and build up to this one. This is a capsule, so if I wanted a smaller amount like a half, I would open the capsule into a cold beverage or sprinkle it into apple sauce or even straight into my mouth for a few days till the stomach settles, then continue with the regular dose.

These silicone gloves are very flexible and protective. I would've loved to see them a bit longer however, therefore 4 stars. They also do not have any padding on the inside like the mittens do, so don't slide on as easily, especially if the hands are not completely dry.

The water comes out soft and silky and the shower enjoyment is amazing.
