This e-book is a great resource with a lot of info for anyone who's into EO's whether they are beginner level or more advanced. There's so much to keep in mind when it comes to EO's that one can never have too much info on the subject, even if it's redundant. This e-book is 115 pages, so it's always good to get back to when needed as it's hard to retain all the info even if you have a lot of basic knowledge. I find it very useful re-reading info that I already am familiar with about the EO's, and refreshing my memory about different uses and beneficial qualities. I enjoyed reading this e-book and found a lot of new and interesting info.
