#OceanSymphony Batik robe 'Ocean Symphony' - Handcrafted Batik Robe from Indonesia

This is a beautiful summertime robe. It is 100% rayon, but it feels so smooth and soft on my skin, it feels as thought it were cotton. Rayon is a manufactured regenerated cellulose fiber. It is made from purified cellulose, primarily from wood pulp, which is chemically converted into a soluble compound. Unlike most man-made fibers, rayon is not synthetic. It is made from wood pulp, a naturally-occurring, cellulose-based raw material. I am very sensitive to anything synthetic, and prefer only natural cotton fibers. This material didn't bother my skin at all - very pleasant feeling. It is very cool and light. It is not warm enough for cold months, but for warm and hot times this will be excellent. I am 5'4" and it reaches all the way down to my ankles. The colors and design pattern are beautiful. It comes in a beautiful bag, so will make a great gift for anyone. #OceanSymphony
