This wok / stir-fry pan is amazing. The non-stick ceramic coating works great, nothing sticks to it, and I even tried frying eggs on it without any butter, and they slid right off. It is heavy and heats the food thoroughly and fast. Excellent pan - I use it for all my frying and sauteing now.
