This is a great flat iron. I've been using my old one for a decade. The ceramic tourmaline technology has come such a long way since i bought my old one. When i tried this one, I was in shock and awe at how nicely it worked, how lightweight and easy to manage it was. i do like the temperature control knob being on the inside so that you don't accidentally press it and change the setting in the middle of straightening your hair, but it is tiny and can be a bit difficult to operate.
