This is an excellent energy bar. Pure health. Finally a product that has chocolate, coconut, and very little sugar, and even then it's good for you sugar. I am very careful with energy products, but this one is so good for you, it's amazing. I love the taste (even though some might find it a little bitter), and I love the way it picks me up.
