This braided cable is cool looking and works great. I am not an expert in cables, but I do know the importance of having the right one of good quality. I usually consult with my son who sells cell phones and is very knowledgeable in this field. According to him, this is a safe one to use, so I was happy to get his approval - and he is a tough customer. I personally feel that it is well made, and I like the cool silver color.
