This is an excellent vision support supplement. One of the more noticeable improvements that I had was diminished eye dryness in the mornings. I started taking this supplement 1 week ago, and noticed that my eyes are not as painfully dry when I wake up. Before taking this supplement, I had to splash water on my face in order to be able to open my eyes. That definitely improved. With ingredients like Vit A, Zinc, Grape seed extract, bilberry, lutein, and others, it's great supplement to add to my routine. Easy to swallow, even thought the capsules are rather large, no sideeffects for me.
