This hydrolagen with hydrolyzed collagen has a pleasant vanilla shake smell and taste. It has a potent yellow color to it, so need to be careful not to get it on clothing or anything else that might get stained. The powder is very fine and it's hard to contain in when handling. It dissolved well.
