This is yet another great product by Gurin. This monitor is not only very sensitive and accurate, but it looks cool, is easy to operate, and clear and simple to understand the results. It keeps track of 60 readings an gives you an average reading as well. You can set up to 3 alarms, and make sure you set up the clock when you turn it on by pressing the clock button and then the M (memory button) to set date and time. The unit turns off by itself. It comes with a booklet with clear and precise instructions. There is an indicator light on the side of the display which shows if the reading of either top or bottom BP was normal, medium high or high. The cuff has nice and easy to understand markings. The "index" line (arrow) has to line up with your main artery. The cuff has to feel tight, but you want to be able to push one finger between your arm and the cuff, if you can't that means the cuff is too tight. Once you are set, make sure your feet are on the floor, the palm is facing up, and you're not moving or talking. All you need to do is press the "Start" button, and in a matter of seconds you have you BP and pulse readings displayed once the unit beeps. That's how easy it is - excellent quality, great price, highly recommend!
